Order

To place an order on the SALIMAALIANI PARIS store, simply browse the site by accessing the products offered in the different categories. Then choose the items you wish to purchase by clicking on "Add to Cart". Once your products in the basket, you can check the contents of it by clicking on the basket. Your order is prepared within 48 working hours in our warehouses, then given to the carrier depending on the delivery method. Delivery times are then between 2 and 7 days after the delivery of your order to the carrier.

We will send you a confirmation email a few minutes after the validation of your order. In this email you will find the summary of your order as well as a link allowing you to access your account and track the status of your order. Your order will go through the following statuses: "Unprocessed", "In preparation", "Prepared" and finally "Carrier pickup".


When your package is delivered to the carrier, you will also receive a new email indicating that your package has been delivered to the carrier, in which a package tracking number will allow you to follow its progress.

Actually, it is not possible to cancel or modify your order. Indeed, as soon as payment is validated, your order is sent to our warehouse for preparation in order to ship it to you as soon as possible. However, if you still wish to cancel your order, we invite you to refuse your package. The latter will be returned to our warehouse and we will then make your refund.

Payment

We only accept credit card and paypal payments. Payments are fully secured by our partner Shopify.

You can use the following payment methods on the SALIMAALIANI PARIS e-boutique: Credit card, Visa, Mastercard, as well as Paypal.

Make sure to check the validity date of your discount code. Also make sure to respect the box and enter your code without putting spaces in it. Remember to clear your computer's cache, If your code works, a text will appear to tell you that your coupon has been taken into account. The codes are not cumulative: if you have several, only one of them can be used in your order. Shipping

We offer you three delivery methods for Metropolitan France:

- Mondial relay free delivery

- GLS free delivery

- Chrono poste 24 hour delivery: 4.50 euros

Your order is prepared in our warehouses in a maximum of 48 working hours, this one is then given to the carrier according to the delivery mode you have chosen. The delivery times are then between 2 and 7 days for Metropolitan France and for abroad it can take up to 20 days for the standard mode after the delivery of your order to the carrier.

Shipping times (out of our warehouses) are 48 working hours (Monday to Friday) maximum. This time corresponds to the preparation time of your order in our warehouses (destocking, verification, preparation of packages, packaging, labeling ...), your order is then given to the chosen carrier. 

Delivery times depend on the mode of transport chosen according to the mode of delivery.

- Chrono post in 24h.

- Delivery mondial relay, the delivery time is 2 to 5 days from the date of shipment.

- For a delivery GLS, the delivery time is 24 hours to 96h from the date of shipment.

We deliver anywhere in Metropolitan France, Belgium, Germany, Netherlands and Luxembourg.

In this case, the package is delivered directly to your home and if you are not home at the time, a notice of passage will be left in your mailbox. This notice indicates either the day of redelivery, the address of the relay where your package was dropped off or the post office where you can pick up the package. You will have to go to the relay point or to the post office indicated with the card of passage deposited by the letter carrier and with an identity document to withdraw it. You then have a period of 8 days, beyond that the package will be returned to us. You can notably receive an email or a sms from the deliveryman/carrier containing all this information or the choices of relivraison to validate.

Return and refund

It is necessary to distinguish the types of return:

In case of exchange:

We take charge of the expenses for an exchange for Metropolitan France, Belgium, Luxembourg, Germany and Holland ( put aside during the promotional periods where that is with the load of the customer). On the other hand, it will be authorized only one assumption of responsibility during an exchange. You will have to contact us from your customer area or from the contact form with your order number and your coordinates to indicate your will to exchange the size of your article (same products, same reference). If the stock does not allow us to exchange your article within 14 days, it will be refunded to you on the same means of payment with which you proceeded at the time of your order.

In case of withdrawal:

You have 14 days of withdrawal upon receipt of your order, if you change your mind, in accordance with Article L.221-18 of the Consumer Code, the non-professional Customer has a period of fourteen (14) days from receipt of the Order to exercise his right of withdrawal from the SALIMAALIANI PARIS without having to justify his decision.

The exercise of the right of withdrawal can be done either by logging into his customer account in the "order" section, or by using and sending the model withdrawal form contained in the appendix of the General Terms and Conditions of Sale, by mail, to the following address: info@salimaaliani.fr
The right of withdrawal is exercised without penalty.

The Customer shall return the Order or the items at its own expense to SAS SALIMAALIANI PARIS, without undue delay and, at the latest, within fourteen (14) days following the communication of its decision to withdraw in accordance with Article L. 221-21 of the Consumer Code.

The products must imperatively be returned in a condition suitable for re-marketing (products in perfect condition accompanied by their original packaging, accessories).

The return of the Products is at the expense of the Customer.

The refund of the Order (item and shipping costs) by SALIMAALIANI PARIS shall be made no later than fourteen (14) days from the date on which it is informed of the Customer's decision to withdraw. In case of return of part of the order under the right of withdrawal, only the returned products will be reimbursed during your purchase. In this case, the shipping costs will not be refunded. However, the refund will be made subject to SAS SALIMAALIANI PARIS having been able to recover the Products that are the subject of the return and the refund request. 

SAS SALIMAALIANI PARIS shall make the refund using the same means of payment as the one used for the payment of the Order, unless the Customer expressly agrees that it uses another. If this means of payment and insofar as it has expired, the Customer must contact customer service to change the method of reimbursement at no cost to the consumer. SAS SALIMA ALIANI will not be held responsible for reimbursement on an expired means of payment.

Failing compliance by the Customer with these GTC, SAS SALIMAALIANI PARIS will not be able to proceed with the reimbursement of the Products concerned. In all cases, the cost of return is the responsibility of SAS SALIMAALIANI PARIS if the Product delivered to the Customer is different from the Product ordered or if it is delivered damaged.

SAS SALIMAALIANI PARIS shall make the refund using the same means of payment that will have been used for payment of the Order, unless the Customer expressly agrees that it uses another. If this means of payment and insofar as it has expired, the Customer must contact customer service to change the method of reimbursement at no cost to the consumer. SAS SALIMA ALIANI shall not be held responsible for reimbursement on an expired means of payment.

The Product must be returned in its original packaging, in its original, new, unworn, unwashed condition.

Technical issues

These emails may be in your " trash " mail or your " spam " folder of your email software, these are indeed more and more sensitive to protect the privacy of their users by identifying emails that are not part of your contacts for example. If your payment does not go through, check that your card numbers or expiration date are not incorrect. Check with your banking institution to make sure they are not blocking the payment.
